  • Use your facial features as reference for character creation in the Skydown graphic novel
  • Display your likeness in published artwork, either digitally or in print

5.1 Regarding photo submissions:

By submitting your photo through our form, you agree to the following:

  • You grant Skydown permission to use your image as a visual reference for creating a fictional character in our graphic novel series (digital and print).
  • Your likeness may appear in future artwork, illustrations, or promotional materials related to the Skydown universe.
  • Once your character has appeared in a published or finalized issue, we are unable to remove or alter the artwork retroactively.
  • If you request removal of your likeness before publication, or if your character has not yet appeared, we may honor the request at our discretion.
  • You may also request that your character not appear in future issues, provided you give a clear and reasonable explanation.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13.
